We are committed to empowering historically marginalized and underrepresented populations by providing equitable access to support systems, resources, and development opportunities. Three core programs addressing critical needs in our communities
USA ProgramUSA Programs
At HRI, we believe every life deserves dignity, care, and opportunity. Our USA Programs bring hope to communities across the nation by meeting immediate needs and empowering long-term change. We support individuals experiencing homelessness through partnerships that provide food, shelter, counseling, and job readiness programs like Transition Homes and Pathways to Purpose. Our Autism Support and Inclusion initiative builds understanding and accessibility through family workshops, sensory-friendly events, and school partnerships. We honor and uplift seniors with wellness check-ins, therapy, and essential aid that restore connection and comfort. And through Community Health Outreach, in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), we bring mobile clinics, free screenings, and preventive care directly to underserved neighborhoods. Together, these programs create pathways to healing, inclusion, and a brighter future for all.
Africa ProgramAfrica Initiative
HRI's Africa Initiative empowers communities in Nigeria and Zambia through education, food security, and economic independence. We provide full scholarships for children from low-income families, ensuring access to quality education and mentorship. Our food and agricultural programs support over 200 families with nutrition aid and sustainable farming skills. Through vocational training and microfinance, we help widows and single parents build small businesses and achieve financial stability. We also empower over 400 young girls with STEM education, health awareness, and leadership development—creating a generation of confident, educated, and empowered women. Together, we're building stronger families, resilient communities, and a brighter future across Africa.
People Development Programs
Our community is built on the belief that together, we can create lasting impact. It's full of passionate people who want to make a difference—innovators, dreamers, and changemakers committed to helping others succeed. At HRI, we nurture these individuals by fostering creativity, collaboration, and purpose-driven innovation.
